I go for low carb, high protein, simple and quick! My breakfast casserole is our family tradition. Many years I even make it the night before. It takes less than 10 minutes to mix up and all you need to do is pop it in the oven. It’s an absolute crowd please that leaves you ready for the Charcuterie Board to come out while you wait for dinner! It also has easy clean up, and the cook has time for a holiday mimosa before she starts making the the feast! Recipe! (Serves 7) Preheat your oven to 350° Crack 12 eggs into a bowl.
