I saw a few versions of necklace hangers on other pins, and I decided to give it a try with my new favorite fabric find and a scrap of pegboard I had laying around (note here-- while pegboard made attaching the knobs super easy, it is not very good with staple guns. Next time around, fabric will be glued). A few staples and home depot knobs later, voila! My new favorite organizer. Pegboard Jewelry Organizer --- 1) Pick your frame and fabric 2) Get pegboard cut to size 3) Buy different knobs, handles, pegboard accessories, corkboard, and baskets (mine are actually butter dishes from the dollar store) 4) Lay everything out and mark the holes on the back 5) Use a staple gun to attach the fabric to pegboard 6) Secure frame and attach all hardward 7) Hang on your desired wall (mine's in my bathroom) 8) Added a simple shelf and a coat rack Voilà! How to make : 1. Spray paint tire 2. Cover a circular piece of 1cm Thick MDF wood (about 45cm diameter) with lots of stuffing (you can glue it in place if you want). 3. Cover the stuffing with fabric and staple to the flip side of the wood with staple gun. The seating pad isn't stuck down so you can actually store things inside the tires (you can never have too much storage!).
