freezer pepper steak 2 lb beef round steak sliced against the grain, 2 cans crushed tomatoes, 2 green peppers chopped, 1 lg onion chopped, 1/4 c soy sauce, 2 garlic minced, 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp ground ginger, salt and pepper to taste. Split between 2 bags, seal, mix, lay flat, freeze. On bags write: Cook on low 5-6 hours, Serve over hot buttered rice.
