This board is a curation of delicious healthy smoothies. Make sure that you never mix nut butters, plant-milk, grains in your smoothies as they cause bloating and acidity. If any of these recipes have plant-milk or nut butters, just skip it. Green smoothies with 2 fruits and 1 green leaves batch is the perfect combo. Green leaves add fiber and an extra dose of nutrition to the smoothie and keep you fuller for longer.
