Saoto soup. Surinamese-Javanese chicken soup flavored with lemon grass, ginger, laos root broth. Sides: chinese fried mie, hard boiled eggs, bean sprout and topped with hot n sweet soy sauce. Place all ingredient in soup bowl and then pour hot broth till you hear crackling sounds of the fried mie. Bon apetite. From My Kitchen.
This is a delicious salmon asparagus based bisque spiced up with pinches of ground black pepper and himalayan salt. Cilantro and basic vegetable bouillon adds more freshness to the soup base. The creaminess of the bisque is created by adding a medium ripe avocado and blend it to perfection. Asparagus lovers will enjoy the sharp taste! Bon apetit!
