Tuna tartar with kale chips  1person 100g res tuna 6 big leaves of cale Sesam oil Fish saus Soja saus Chili dried Garlic dried  Heat the oven at 200 degrees Marinate the cale in 2 spoons of sesam oil, chili and the garlic. Put on an oven plate and put in the oven whyle its heating to 200 degrees. When ita at 200 degrees leave it for another 2 minutes.  Cut the tuna in small cubes. Put 1/2 spoon of soja saus, 1 spoon of sesam oil, 1/2 spoon of fish saus.  Prepaire it on a plate. Et voila…

Put this on the crispbread add the egg and sprinkel some pepper to finish.  Et voila…

Beans dream  Snow peas Haricots verts 1/4 red onion in small pieces Quinoa cookes 2 tomatoes in small pieces 5 walnuts  Lemon juice, olive oil, salt and peper  Cook the beans 2 minutes in boiling water. This so you will keep as much as vitamines and to keep a bite. Cook your hand of quinoa. Mix the tomatoes with the beans, onion, quinoa, walnuts and prinkel some lemon juice, olive oil and season with some salt and peper et voila!  Bonne appétit
