Cinnamon coffee recipe: Add coffee grounds to the coffee press (2 tbsp for every 6 oz water). Add 2 cinnamon sticks, broken in half. Pour in hot water, just off the boil. Make sure to saturate all the grounds and cinnamon pieces. Place the plunger on the press without pushing it down. Brew for 4 minutes. Gently push down the plunger until it reaches the bottom of the press. Serve and enjoy!
