I used a backstrap 2 packages brown gravy mix 1 package Au Jus mix 2 1/2 cups of water Salt and pepper Crushed red pepper Put veggies you like in the bottom of the crockpot and meat on top Add mixes dissolved in warm water and season with salt and peppers. I cooked this for 5 hours in low. Make sure your liquid is at least half way to the top. You can thicken it with flour dissolved in water and cook an additional hour if you like.
