*Really filling! Would feed an army! I fed family of 6 and froze enough for anothrr meal.

Sauteed veggies in Instant Pot (used 1 large russet potato), added 6 diced roma tomatoes + tomato paste. Cooked on high pressure for 15 min + natural release. Added kale and basil after + a dash of smoked paprika.
