It’s kind of like a potatoes au gratin recipe but with layers of a wine infused bacon, garlic and onion mixture. Traditionally, it’s made with Reblochon cheese but when I was over there, I had it with Comte Cheese and became obsessed. It’s cozy, rich, it sticks to your ribs and warms your whole body.
