MEDITATION. There is a time for action and a time for stillness and silence, non-action. The mind always wants an object or something to grasp onto. But when the mind drops into its source, Divine Light, the mind is placated. There is no method or practice to "achieve" meditation. Meditation is a spontaneous happening which occurs through no effort, through the gift of Grace which is a gift given for no reason.
