B-cat High Altitude, Insect Treatment, Cultural heritage, Fire Prevention
Fire Prevention Fire cannot ignite under conditions of less than 17% oxygen. With the ZerOx system you are able to create such conditions in depots or archives where it is highly undesirable to have a sprinkler installation as fire prevention. Reduced oxygen is an internationally excepted method of fire prevention, where people can work safely. By incorporating the necessary alarm systems and safety measures, the system meets the required European labour standards for workers.
Treated by nature Regular air around us contains 20,9% oxygen and 78,1% nitrogen. The ZerOx system of b-Cat is able to lower the oxygen level in an airtight environment to extreme low levels, leaving a high concentration of nitrogen.
Your collection conserved, treated and protected by nature The so-called ZerOx system of b-Cat filters oxygen and gaseous pollutants out of ambient air, by circulating it through active carbon. Combined with a ultrasonic mist humidifying system, RH levels can be regulated in individual rooms or showcases within + 2% accuracy. Additional filtering for particle and gaseous pollutants can be easily added to the standard system.
