Interview with V. – I worked for Sektick, a company that resold concert tickets online. Sectick resold tickets independently but also worked for companies like Viagogo (also a ticket reseller). This means that we resold tickets ourselves and assured a certain amount of tickets for Viagogo by buying them on the day they would go on sale.”
Interview with V. - “There was a point where we were reselling tickets abroad. That was the most difficult part of the job because the regulations concerning reselling of tickets differ a lot in every country.
Interview with V. - “It is fair because we fought for the tickets just like other costumers. The only difference is that we resold them. On top of that, we were transparent about the price and guaranteed ‘real’ tickets.
Interview with V. – “Sometimes we created different Hotmail accounts to be able to buy several tickets and I admit that it is not the way it is supposed to go… I realize that doing that is not very fair to other consumers. On the other hand, we would not exist if there wasn’t a demand. It’s a two way street and in a way companies like Sektick and Viagogo make sure that reselling becomes more regulated."
