Swedish Meatballs - Wow, AMAZING meatballs! First time I ever made them and they came out wonderfully. I only used beef, didn't have nutmeg or jam on hand, and instead of heavy cream, I used sour cream. I paired my meatballs with mashed potatoes and green beans. My husband said these were better than my Salisbury steak, which is also an amazing dish. Highly recommend and will make again!
