After getting swimmy with it, he put them on the smoker for a few minutes to get that sweet smokey flavor. He capped off these perfectly cooked wings by tossing in a sriracha soy glaze. . .  Cooking chicken shouldn't lead to fowl circumstances. Get to slingin’ those wings and tag #anovafoodnerd!
