Mommo Design has a bunch of inspiration for girly reading nooks. These quiet corners contain fluffy pillows, rugs, cushions, usually a canopy, and of course lots of books. I think the idea is very cute and I'd love to do this for my daughter's room.
Reading corner - I love the wooden letters (from JoAnn's painted white) the framed book covers. IKEA spice racks painted white for the bookshelves and dot rugs from IKEA. I would love to do this in a corner of our family room!
Super cute idea for displaying kid art! :) I did this in our great room the kids love to change their work and when they make something they decide if they want to put it up on the wall. For when I have grandchildren. Should just start a new board.
Kids rooms - great way to utilize space in a small room. Ikea bed- Turned upside down the bed quickly converts from a low to a high bed. Love the idea of a lofted bed for a school aged child with a play area underneath
Fort idea for where the rocking chair is now in D's room. Use a tension rod between the furniture and the wall to create a fort. What kid doesn't love a fort? This would also make an awesome reading nook!
