Delirium Tremens beer Colour and sight: pale blond, the fine and regular effervesce ensures a fine and stable head. Scent: Slightly malty, a nice touch of alcohol, spicy. Flavour: Feels like the sound shot of alcohol is igniting the mouth. In reality the tongue and palate are warmed. The taste is characterized by its roundness. The aftertaste is strong, long-lasting and dry bitter.

Liefmans Goudenband: A classic Flanders brown ale, within the blue paper wrapped bottle resides a complex malty, fruity ale with a pronounced lactic acid tartness. It has a dark brown, almost burgundy color with a nice white head produced by its ample carbonation. The taste is tart and dry with complex malty undertones with pleasant hints of yeast and oxidation(positive in this case), little to no hop character. Pair with a nice full flavored camerbert or a fine piece of dark chocolate
