These easy recipes make for perfect holiday cocktails. 1. Warm ½ cup apple cider, 1tsp cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg, ginger & ground cloves. Add 2oz Baileys. 2. Rim a glass with chocolate & dip in graham cracker crumbs. Mix 1oz vodka, 2oz Baileys & ice in a shaker. Pour in 1 glass, fill the rest with milk, top with a toasted marshmallow. 3. Mix 3 cups vanilla ice cream, ½ cup eggnog, ½ cup Baileys, 1tsp cinnamon until smooth. Pour into 3 glasses, top with whipped cream & crushed gingersnaps.
