Calcutt Marina Bridge
The now infamous Calcutt footbridge that spans that short section of canal between Locks and Meadows marina.
We comissioned Warstock a local foundry to build the bridge in steel, based on the design of a Horseley Iron Bridge. Roy at Warstock went as far as using an original Horseley mould to cast the railings.
A local building firm completed the build using reclaimed brick and old railway sleepers for the steps.
