Normandies Filling? - 1 chicken (small, roasted), 25 grams butter, 2 bunches spring onions (finely sliced, dark green ends discarded), 150 grams chestnut mushrooms (or button mushrooms, quartered), 150 grams shiitake (or more chestnut mushrooms, halved), 1 tbsp flour, 250 ml milk, 142 ml double cream (carton), 2 tbsps tarragon (chopped, leaves) 500 grams puff pastry (pack of, use butter puff or brush ordinary puff with a little butter before you use it) 1 eggs (beaten)

Prosecco pairings for Thanksgiving:  Cheese: Gorgonzola is a great pick for its sharpness and tangy notes.    Fruit: cantaloupe or honeydew melons into chunks with honey.   Seafood: Oysters on half shell bring out the effervescence in Prosecco.  Meat: Thinly spiced prosciutto. slices of French bread in the oven for two to three minutes,then top with a rolled piece of prosciutto and mozzarella.  Dessert.  we suggest a chocolate dish that incorporates hazelnuts or a lemon or lime tart
