Bodice of patterned cut velvet with central satin panel & center front opening of fabric-covered buttons. Skirt with alternating panels of satin and patterned cut velvet, with side satin panels draped towards the bustled back. Hem trimmed with pleated satin and elaborate layers of peaked fabric.
