Vouw een vierkant vel in vier vierkanten. Knip er eentje uit. Hou het papier zo dat er 2 vierkanten onder liggen en één boven. Knip van allebei de 'uitstekende' vierkanten een driehoek af (zodat het lijkt alsof het overgebleven vierkant twee punt oren heeft). Vouw deze twee vierkanten naar binnen en dan heb je de basisvorm.
