A disarm and its counter. From a high crossing of the swords, the fencer on the left has clamped the blades together with his hand and hooked his hilt and arm under his enemy's sword. By twisting to his right and stepping back with his lead foot, he could wrench his enemy's sword out of his hands. The fencer on the right stops him by standing on his foot so he can't step back.
