One thing my father has always told me way to keep my chest and back warm. It's not exactly a proven fact that it'll prevent illness but it's been pretty effective in my opinion. DIY cowl!
1/2 banana cut into slices 4 or 5 strawberries 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt a few TBSP of your favorite juice Blend together in the blender or with an immersion blender. VOILA! Go-gurt for adults. PS kids love it, too!
