Kodak Cakes Donuts Preheat oven to 350 Mix together with whisk: 1c Kodiak Power Cakes mix 1 Large Egg 1 T Peanut Butter 1/2 t Cinnamon 1 t Cocoa Powder (unsweetened) 1/2 cup of water It should be smooth, no lumps. Divide evenly in 6 ring donut pan. Each with be about 3/4 full. I used 2 Tablespoons of mini dark chocolate mini chips to sprinkle on top. It added less than 15 calories to each and ups the flavor.
