Fairy wind flowers, made with Styrofoam balls and q-tips. Depending on the size of your ball cut the q-tips to an apopriate length, using a bit of water with food coloring (color of choice) you can color the q-tips in 1 of 2 ways, either color the q-tips before you put them into the ball or after. (tip- is better to use q-tips with a plastic rod, if paper rod the rod will take on some of the coloring) place on a stem, I made mine from rolled news paper, or use 1 from a fake flower.
