Gezonde versie ontbijtkoek - 300 gr volkoren speltmeel, 2,5 tl bakpoeder, 160 gr rijpe banaan, 150 gr halfvolle roeryoghurt,  120 gr honing, 1,5 tl koek en speculaas kruiden, ¾ tl kruidnagel kruiden - oven op 175C, alle ingrediënten in de keukenmachine, giet in een cakevorm met bakpapier, 50 min in de oven, goed laten afkoelen, afgedekt bewaren.
