~Protein Ice Cream~ Definitely cured my night time ice cream craving. Measurements are approximate: 2C greek yogurt, 2TBSP honey, 2 scoops protein powder. I used cookie dough and chocolate, splash of vanilla and a few peanut butter chips to top it off. Spread in pan and freeze for about 45 minutes until it starts to solidify. It can get rock hard though so watch it! 2 med or 3 small servings.
