Unfortunately I forgot to take a ‘before picture’, but we are all familiar with these kind of lamps, maybe in our own or grand parents houses. I stripped the brown leather of the lampshade en spray painted the copper armature & lampshade frame. Surrounded the frame with some nice ribbon with shells and pearls, and... different kind of look.
This frame was originally painted in the ugliest green I had ever seen. I removed all the chains and nails. Painted it with chalk paint ‘Blossom Pink’, attached a lovely pink butterfly ribbon and transformed it into a cardholder.
