Mardi Gras Smoothies
In honor of Fat Tuesday, I wanted to make the boys a special drink Mardi Gras style. I came up with a blackberry, lime & mango frozen yogurt smoothie in the traditional Mardi Gras colors. I simply took each flavored yogurt, added fruit and blended with ice for each layer. I let each layer set up in freezer for 5-10 minutes before adding the next layer.
