New characters from THE MORRIGAN'S CURSE (1/26/16): The dangerous Llyr family is newly escaped from their fortress prison in Wales.
In THE MORRIGAN'S CURSE (1/26/16), we finally catch up with Evangeline's spitfire little sister, Adelina Emrys.
The evil Kin family Llyr have a new weapon: Evangeline’s sister, Addie, who is their best chance to break the Eighth Day spell. Riley hopes to get Addie back, but it would mean sacrificing thousands of lives in the meantime, so Jax comes up with a risky plan of his own. Addie doesn’t see herself as being on the wrong side and is delighted to be essential to the Kin’s plan. But when Jax shows up, attempting to rescue her, the Kin pounce. On which side will Addie ultimately stand?

Jax's friend, Billy Ramirez, gets left behind in The Eighth Day, but he's in for the adventure of a lifetime in The Inquisitor's Mark!
When a man claiming to be Jax Aubrey’s uncle kidnaps Billy Ramirez, Jax fears a trap. His immediate reaction is to protect his guardian, Riley, the sought-after descendant of King Arthur, and liege lady, Evangeline, a powerful magician descended from Merlin. An awesome picture of students showing off their new Transitioner clan marks, sent to me by a fellow teacher.
Although the first shipment mysteriously disappeared (probably between Wednesday and Thursday) as if someone didn't want me spilling their secrets, I finally received my book swag for THE EIGHTH DAY: temporary tattoos designed by my daughter.
Can't forget the wrist tattoos, designed by my daughter, that play such a big role in the story!
A future book in the series might very well feature this Roman amphitheater in Wales.
