Overlooking the Caucasus Mountains in Georgia’s wine country, this recently opened 141-room hotel comes courtesy of Mexico City and Barcelona firm Septiembre Arquitectura, in collaboration with Munich-based Ingo Maurer and Georgian artist Tamara Kvesitadze. Set on a complex consisting of a memorial house, landscaped garden, historical winery, wine cellar, and café, nature is at the forefront of the hotel, with the most bucolic views captured from the rooftop infinity pool.

Set in a stunning industrial building that was once Georgia’s most important printing house, the Stamba is a design hotel located in Tbilisi‘s charming Vera quarter. The brutalist building is made of expansive atriums, passages and courtyards with rediscovered printing paraphernalia imaginatively restored and repurposed. In the lobby, four floors were removed – leaving just the remaining structural pillars to create a soaring expanse, crowned with a glass-bottomed rooftop pool.
