Yoghurtbrood. Zoooo simpel!  Ingrediënten voor 2/4 personen  175 g bloem, 125 g yoghurt , 1 tot 3 eetlepels warm water en 1 theelepel zout. (eventueel wat suiker).  Doe in een kom de bloem en yoghurt en meng met een lepel. Voeg warm water toe tot het deeg niet meer plakt.Maak 4 ballen of 2, afhankelijk van het aantal personen . Plat en bak ze in hete olijfolie, een minuut aan elke kant. Laat uitlekken .

Lemon Poppy Seed Bread. it's nice but more like a cake then like a bread.

One Perfect Bite: Lemon poppyseed bread. I uses plain Greek yogurt and added two tablespoons of lemon juice into the batter. For the glaze I mixed lemon juice with confectioners sugar and spread it on the top. I can't stop eating it!
