Do you have a favourite gluten free cornbread recipe yet? If not this is it! This is the cornbread I remember my mom making when I was a kid. We ate it warm from the pan and smothered in corn syrup. It's a comfort food for me. Over the years I've made it gluten free, turned it into different muffins, made cornbread sausage stuffing for my turkey and even cute little stuffing balls for an appetizer version of stuffing. The possibilities are endless.
