Here's one of the preps I did and will use to design another one soon. All prepped and ready to reheat & eat. . Meal 1 1/2 cup of strawberries 1/2 cup of BlackBerries 1/4 cup of blueberries 14 almonds (1/2 oz) 1 scoop of protein powder and 1/4 cup dry steel cut oats (cook in microwave with 3/4 cup water in morning) OR instead…
