One day DH wanted biscuits and gravy, but I didnt have sausage, only bacon.  So, I found a recipe online and went for it.  Thus, bacon gravy was born!

Stir in flour, salt, and pepper; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually stir in half-and-half. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is thickened. Stir in butter.
