I'm very happy with my weight loss progress but I'm trying Dr.Oz Slimdown drink today..if your interested you mix one cup of grapefruit juice (no sugar added), 2tsp apple cider vinegar, 1tsp of honey. Drink this at least 15 mins before each meal it's suppose to burn belly fat (results always more effective with exercise) Good day people
