Easy banana bread - 5 ingredients: 2 ripe bananas, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup veg oil*, 2 eggs, 2 cups Bisquick. Mix all but Bisquick. Once mixed add Bisquick. Pour into greased loaf pan (9 x 5). Bake at 350• for 45 min or until top springs back to touch. *for lower fat, sub applesauce for oil. I've added a third banana, chopped nuts, and even white frosting. It's always good! ~MB
