Warm weather has me craving salads, like this knock-off of Whole Foods' Sonoma Chicken Salad, made with a Rotisserie Chicken, Pecans, Seedless Grapes, and Celery. TIP: I don't care for mayo - and I substituted half Light Sour Cream and half Plain Yogurt for the mayo. Delicious, and oil-free. ~~ Houston Foodlovers Book Club
