Easy cheese scones -- Mix 2 cups flour and 3 tsp baking powder in bowl. Add 1 cup grated cheese. In separate bowl mix 1/2 cup milk, 1 egg and 3 tsp vegetable oil. Mix this into the dry ingredients. Press onto clean floured surface using hands and cut with cutter or glass. Bake at 350F for 15-20 min.
