30 of the most inspiring and unique entry doors i've ever seen

Sure, I could wax on and on about the green extras built into this house. From the radiant in-floor heat to low VOC paint to heat recovery ventilator, this house has tons of extras. But the main thing I’m interested in is that front door! It’s hand carved, cantilevered, and perfectly circular. I love it!

I want a hobbit door on my house. As a matter of fact I want TWO hobbit doors only house!

Do you know, in Irish folklore, it is thought that painting one's door in red keeps away bad luck and wards off ghosts and evil spirits? :) I've always loved the idea of a red door, but with my Irish roots, this makes it even more charming :)

Check out this cave-style door! This door is an entrance to a dwelling tucked away amidst sand-dunes and coconut palms on a beach in Kenya. It is owned by designer Marzia Chierichetti who also created this retreat. How fun!
