HISPANIA ROMANA Roman Bridge on Guadalquivir river and Mezquita Cathedral at twilight in Cordoba, Spain. The bridge was built by the Romans in the early 1st century BC, perhaps replacing a previous wooden one.The Via Augusta, which connected Rome to Cádiz, most likely passed through it. Construido a principios del siglo I d.C., durante la época de dominación romana en Córdoba, sobre el río Guadalquivir. Probablemente la Vía Augusta que iba desde Roma hasta Cádiz pasaba por él.
La Mezquita - Amazing Islamic architectural influence which later was converted into a Roman Catholic cathedral. It is among the world's greatest cultural treasures and a must see. Awesome. Mosque of Cordoba (Andalusia, Spain) by Domingo Leiva
