Parmesan Wonton Crackers. Lay 25 wonton wrappers pieces out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Brush with 1/2 c olive oil and lightly sprinkle with 1 C parmesan cheese, 1/2 C parsley, salt and pepper. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes or until wontons are brown and crispy. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
