Oven: 230 °C. Ovenschaal invetten. Paneermeel: 125 gr italiaans gekruid paneermeel+2 eetlepels geraspte kaas+60 ml eiwit. Spinazie-kaasmengsel: 45 gr mozzarella+25 gr geraspte kaas+150gr spinazie+2 el ei+6 el ricotta. 8x kip met 2 el spinazie-kaasmengsel. Oprollen. Insmeren met ei, dippen in paneermeel. 25 min in de oven. Italiaanse tomatensaus+mozzarella eroverheen; nog 3 min in de oven.
