This look is a copy of one of Jin Soon's nail art designs which originally uses her brand of nail polishes. However, as I live in the UK I unfortunately can't get hold of her collections so I recreated this using 'Florentine Fuchsia' by OPI for the base; then using 17 Lasting Fix Nail Polish in 'Fairy Cake' over the top two thirds of each nail (applied messily so the joining line to the base isn't straight), and then for the black dots I used Nubar's 'Black Polka Dot'
