Crispy Baked Tilapia

Enjoy the crispiness of fried fish with a simpler and healthier recipe. Toasted panko bread crumbs (crunchier than traditional bread crumbs) create a flavorful coating for tilapia fillets, but the mixture could also be used with other fish, like salmon. Baked Parmesan Fish

Healthier and tastier way to serve fish. I have used flounder, catfish, grouper, perch and tilapia with great results. If your fish is not getting crispy try broiling it for a minute or so to get it crispy. Oh and parmesan from a can is ok but treat yourself and use freshly grated. You will be oh so happy you did.

Baked Tilapia with Seasoned Panko Coating

The BEST Baked Fish. I made this and it was absolutely easy and delicious. I made some changes: I used thick tilapia loins and Panko Crumbs only. My recipe is basically 1/4 c mayo, 1 T. dijon mustard, 1 T. lemon juice and 1 tsp of dried dill. Stir and smear on fish. Place on parchment and press on a mixture of Panko, 2 tsp. dill and seasoned salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 450˚ for 15 min. No turning!
