2 lbs. of cod, 1 Tbsp. of chili powder, 2 tsps brown sugar ½ tsp. salt, ½ tsp. pepper Olive Oil for cooking Directions - Rinse fish & pat dry, set aside. Mix the chili powder, brown sugar & the salt & pepper. Rub the mixture into the fish on all sides Heat the oil in a large skillet. Saute the fish until it flakes easily.
