Baked Fish with Fresh Lemon Pepper works for any phase with appropriate fish (halibut, haddock, sole, sea bass, and cod would all work nicely; omit oil for Phase 1 and Phase 2). Use fresh lemon, garlic, and freshly ground peppercorns, and you'll never look at lemon pepper the same again. Throw asparagus spears (or other phase-appropriate veggies) onto the pan to roast along with the fish.
Lemon Butter Cod. This recipe is super easy and very, very good! I actually dipped in flour first and then the butter mixture and it turned out much better than when I did it the opposite way (per the recipe). This is a new staple in our menu rotation!!! SHD
