Thinking about Texas food today - like these Deep Fried Pickles. I like to use my little Fry Daddy deep fryer for these, and use those crisp, crunchy Claussen pickles you find in the refrigerated section at the grocery store. These are absolutely addictive. TIP: Dry the pickles off really well with paper towels before adding your breading. It will stay on better during the frying process.
