I chose this quote because I feel that it represents Hamelts attitude towards Rosencrantz and Guildenstern. He knows that they are being fake friends and that he cannot trust them if he wants his plan to work.
Reminds me of Hamlet since he perceives his surroundings as a prison after finding out about his uncle's deeds. Hamlet becomes unstable and cautious, even questioning his own friends who are traitors to his trust. This seems like Hamlet's mindset, that all around him are enemies and he treats some as such.
